Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs lean ground beef
  2. 1 12oz can of Hunts tomato paste
  3. 2 cans Ranch Style Pinto Beans with jalapenos
  4. 1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes (zesty chili style)
  5. 1 can Hunts Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic
  6. 1 can Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
  7. Seasonings (garlic powder, crushed red pepper, GrillMate's Steakhouse Onion Burger w/ garlic, GrillMate's Fiery Five Pepper, minced onion, garlic sea salt)
  8. Velveeta (optional, see alternatives below)
Instructions
  1. Brown meat in a skillet and drain,
  2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
  3. Set on low and cook, stirring occasionally.
Alternatives/Serving Suggestions
  1. This soup is great served in individual sourdough bread bowls baked in the oven.
  2. This can be turned into a great dip by adding a large block of Velveeta, sliced and stirred into the chili. Serve in a large sourdough bowl or with sourdough chunks for dipping.

Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs lean ground beef
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 3-4 cups uncooked oatmeal
  4. 6 slices of bread
  5. milk
  6. garlic powder
  7. 1 can tomato soup
  8. TRADITIONAL: 2 envelopes dried onion soup mix
  9. OR
  10. MEXICAN: 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
Instructions
  1. Place 6 slices of bread in a bowl. Add milk a little at a time until it is completely absorbed by the bread. Break up the bread with a fork.
  2. Add ground beef and mix together.
  3. Add oatmeal, eggs, garlic powder, and either soup mix or taco seasoning mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix can of soup and ¾ cup milk.
  5. Place meat mixture in the crock pot and form a loaf. Pour soup over and around.
  6. Set slow cooker on low.
  7. Occasionally baste the loaf with the soup mixture.

Ingredients
  1. skinless/boneless chicken breast halves
  2. ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1 20oz can of pineapple slices (in juice)
  4. ¾ cup sugar
  5. ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  6. 2 tbsp cornstarch
  7. 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  8. 1 tsp grated ginger root
  9. 1 tsp chicken bouillion granules
  10. jasmine rice
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375º.
  2. Spray large skillet with no-stick spray and heat.
  3. Coat both sides of chicken with flour and shake off excess.
  4. Add chicken to hot skillet and brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer browned chicken to a baking dish.
  6. Drain pineapple, saving juice.
  7. In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine juice and add water to total 1¼ cup liquid.
  8. In a saucepan with a whisk, combine juice/water mixture, sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger and bouillion. Bring to boil over medium heat.
  9. Slighlty reduce heat and gently boil for another 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
  10. Pour ½ of sauce over chicken and arrange pineapple slices on top of chicken. Cover with remaining sauce.
  11. Bake until chicken is tender and no pink remains.
  12. Cook rice as suggested by package.
Serving Suggestions
  1. This is really good with King's Hawaiian bread.
  2. Chicken may also be served without the rice.

These meatballs are made without eggs and can be made with or without breadcrumbs. They are big and delicious and I named them inappropriately... Shemar Balls. They are big, dark and delicious just like Shemar Moore...!

Ingredients
  1. lean ground beef
  2. 1/2 tbs EVOO per pound of ground beef
  3. seasonings (sea salt, crushed red pepper, basil, oregano, pepper, celery salt, etc.)
  4. diced garlic
  5. shredded mozzarella
  6. spaghetti sauce
  7. fine bread crumbs (optional)
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350º.
  2. Work in EVOO.
  3. Season meat to taste.
  4. Form balls and refrigerate before baking. Take one half portion of a meatball and roll between hands to form small ball. Squish flat like a burger. Place a small pinch of cheese into the scenter and press into the meat. Take another half portion (rolled and squished ) and sandwich the cheese, pinching sides to seal. Roll into big ball and set aside.
  5. Prepare them for baking. With some sauce in a bowl, roll the meatballs to coat them lightly in sauce and place them on the pan. Sprinkle cheese over the tops of the meatballs. Bake,

  1. Serving Suggestion: Add more sauce and cheese and serve. These are very filling so they can be served without pasta as well.
