Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Greek nonfat, plain yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup almond-coconut milk (or just almond or coconut)
  3. 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  4. 1/2 banana
  5. honey
  6. uncooked oats (optional)
Instructions
  1. In blender or small Ninja, blend yogurt, milk, raspberries, and banana until smooth.
  2. Add honey to taste and blend.
  3. Pour into glass and top with oats if desired.

Ingredients
  1. lean ground beef
  2. Kings Hawaiian Honey Wheat dinner rolls
  3. 1 small can diced pineapple
  4. can of pineapple slices
  5. sliced cheese
  6. 1 jar salsa
  7. sliced jalapenos (optional)
  8. shredded coconut (optional)
  9. 4 tbps or so honey
  10. cinnamon (a pinch)
  11. allspice (a pinch)
  12. sea salt (a pinch)
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. 2. Season ground beef with honey, cinnamon, allspice, and salt.
  3. 3. Form into golf-ball sized balls and squish slight to form patty.
  4. 4. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes, or until interior reaches about 130-135° for medium burgers.
  5. 5. Salsa: Add diced pineapple to salsa to taste and mix in.
  6. 6. Build burgers.

Ingredients
  1. 2 packages crab or lobster, drained and flaked
  2. 1 package Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
  3. 2 green onions,thinly sliced
  4. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1 tbsp diced garlic
  6. 2 boxes pre-baked mini filo shells (15 each)
  7. sweet & sour sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine Worcestershire, cream cheese, seafood, onions, and diced garlic.
  3. Place filo shells on a baking sheet and fill with rangoon filling.
  4. Bake and serve with sweet and sour.
Notes
  1. These could be served as traditional rangoons by filling wonton wrappers. These can be deep-fried or baked at 375° for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and lightly crisped.

Ingredients
  1. 15"x9" baking pan
  2. 1 box uncooked lasagna noodles
  3. 1 lb ricotta
  4. 1 lb sour cream
  5. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (the real stuff!)
  6. 3 cups shredded Mozzarella
  7. 1 egg
  8. 2 lbs cooked and drained bulk sweet Italian sausage OR lean ground beef
  9. 1-2 jars sauce
  10. oregano, crushed red pepper, diced garlic, minced onion, sea salt, basil
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375º.
  2. In large bowl, mix egg, ricotta, sour cream, diced garlic, and minced onion.
  3. Brown sausage with diced garlic, crushed red pepper, sea salt, oregano, and basil.
  4. In second large bowl, toss parmesaean and 3 cups of mozzarella together.
  5. Lightly grease baking pan and spread sauce along bottom of pan.
  6. Layer uncooked noodles, ricotta mix, meat, cheese mix, and sauce. Repeat layering, ending with sauce and the last of the cheese.
  7. Cover lightly with foil and bake.
Notes
  1. For single-serving lasagna rolls, follow steps 1-4. For step 5, prepare lasagna noodles and lightly layer them one time as laid out in step 5 above. Roll each noodle and cover each with sauce and cheese before baking.

Ingredients
  1. pork tenderloins
  2. WishBone Light Raspberry Walnut Dressing
  3. fresh raspberries
  4. sea salt
  5. cinnamon
  6. allspice
  7. nutmeg
  8. ground cloves
  9. honey (I used orange blossom!)
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 450°.
  2. Lightly cover all sides of the meat with honey. Rub small amount of salt into all sides of the meat, followed by liberal amounts of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves. Let sit in the fridge for an hour or two.
  3. Before baking, cover the meat with between 1/3 and 1/2 the bottle of dressing and spread fresh raspberries on top.
  4. Bake uncovered for about 1/2 hour.
  5. Cut tenderloins in half and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
  1. This is fabulous with King Hawaiian bread, with a honey butter spread.
